How to manipulate excessive fabrics:

Take both edge of excessive fabrics , tie 'em together (in this case, both right and left) .

Fix a corsage or brooch to it , then bring it to the front.

Tuck it into another corsage located at your upper body (if the excessive fabrics are quite long, if they aren't, you may put this another corsage anywhere you desire) ,

or you could simply embed that corsage anywhere, and done!

Now you won't be dragging your too-long dress, sweeping the floor anymore ;)
